Ella graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 2023 with a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry and a minor in Sociology. At Loyola, she interned for 2 years at the Center for Community, Service, and Justice where she coordinated Loyola students to volunteer at Tunbridge Public Charter School. Ella also served as the Advocacy & Inclusion Officer for Mosaic: Womxn of Color Initiative and as a Board Member on the Undergraduate Diversity & Advocacy Board.
After graduating, she provided communications support for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. This included helping coordinate the yearly Open Enrollment and New to Medicare campaigns.
