Professor Bulelani Jili selected a fellow in Penn Project on the Future of U.S.-China Relations at University of Pennsylvania

As part of the Science and Technology track, Professor Jili will be developing a policy paper focused on U.S.–China dynamics in technology and their broader global implications (particularly for Africa), with workshops and policy briefings taking place over the coming year.
